* कोई "प्रीमियम ट्रैक" या कोई अन्य कोर्स खरीदने से आपको केवल व्यक्तिगत, गैर-व्यावसायिक शैक्षिक उद्देश्यों के लिए सामग्री तक पहुँचने का एक सीमित, गैर-अनन्य, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय, वापस लिए जाने योग्य लाइसेंस प्राप्त होता है।

## 5. AI-सहायता प्राप्त विशेषताएँ
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की कुछ विशेषताएँ (जैसे लाइव कोडिंग वर्कस्पेस, रियल-टाइम प्रोजेक्ट असेसमेंट, और आपके स्किल्स के आधार पर सटीक इंटर्नशिप अनुशंसाएँ) तृतीय-पक्ष कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) सेवाओं द्वारा संचालित हैं, जिनमें Google का Gemini API शामिल है। जहाँ ऐसी विशेषताओं का उपयोग किया जाता है, वहाँ आपके इनपुट (जैसे, टेक्स्ट, कोड, या प्रश्न) हमारी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार इन तृतीय-पक्ष AI प्रदाताओं को प्रसारित और संसाधित किए जा सकते हैं। AI-जनित आउटपुट (फीडबैक, सुझाव, या सामग्री सहित) केवल सूचनात्मक और शैक्षिक उद्देश्यों के लिए प्रदान किए जाते हैं, इनमें अशुद्धियाँ हो सकती हैं, और इन्हें पेशेवर, कानूनी, वित्तीय, या करियर सलाह के रूप में नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। InternTrue किसी भी AI-जनित सामग्री की सटीकता, पूर्णता, या विश्वसनीयता की गारंटी नहीं देता है।

जहाँ प्लेटफ़ॉर्म "गारंटीड इंटर्नशिप" या इसी तरह के शब्दों का विज्ञापन या संदर्भ देता है, ऐसी गारंटी खरीद के समय संबंधित प्रोग्राम के विवरण में निर्धारित विशिष्ट नियमों, शर्तों, और पात्रता मानदंडों के अधीन है (जिसमें, जहाँ लागू हो, कोर्सवर्क, मूल्यांकन, या उपस्थिति आवश्यकताओं का संतोषजनक समापन शामिल है)। InternTrue किसी विशिष्ट वेतन, नियोक्ता, नौकरी के शीर्षक, या दीर्घकालिक रोजगार परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं देता है। ऐसी किसी भी गारंटी का पूर्ण विवरण, जिसमें शर्तें और अपवाद शामिल हैं, संबंधित प्रोग्राम पृष्ठ और/या एक समर्पित गारंटी नीति पर उपलब्ध है।

## 8. धनवापसी और रद्दीकरण नीति

* हमारे शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों की डिजिटल प्रकृति और स्वामित्व वाले संसाधनों तक तत्काल पहुँच के कारण, हमारी समर्पित धनवापसी और रद्दीकरण नीति में स्पष्ट रूप से बताए गए मामलों को छोड़कर, सभी बिक्री अंतिम मानी जाती हैं।

## 9. उपयोगकर्ता आचरण और प्रतिबंध

* किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करना जो लागू स्थानीय, राज्य, राष्ट्रीय, या अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानून का उल्लंघन करता हो।

इस अनुभाग के उल्लंघन के परिणामस्वरूप हमारे पास उपलब्ध किसी भी अन्य उपाय के अतिरिक्त, आपके खाते का निलंबन या समाप्ति, भुगतान की गई किसी भी फीस की जब्ती, और/या कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।

## 10. वारंटी का अस्वीकरण
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और सभी सामग्री "जैसी है" और "जैसी उपलब्ध है" के आधार पर, बिना किसी प्रकार की वारंटी के, चाहे वह स्पष्ट हो या निहित, प्रदान की जाती है, जिसमें व्यापारिकता, किसी विशेष उद्देश्य के लिए उपयुक्तता, या गैर-उल्लंघन की निहित वारंटी शामिल है लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं है। हम यह वारंटी नहीं देते कि प्लेटफ़ॉर्म हर समय निर्बाध, त्रुटि-मुक्त, या सुरक्षित रहेगा।

## 11. दायित्व की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, InternTrue हमारे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के आपके उपयोग से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, या परिणामी क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। हम अपनी शैक्षिक सामग्री "जैसी है" के आधार पर प्रदान करते हैं और किसी विशिष्ट रोजगार परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं देते, हालाँकि हम सर्वोत्तम इंटर्नशिप ट्रैक प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं। किसी भी स्थिति में, इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न होने वाली या इनसे संबंधित InternTrue की कुल देयता, दावे से पहले के बारह (12) महीनों में आपके द्वारा InternTrue को भुगतान की गई राशि से अधिक नहीं होगी।

आप InternTrue, उसके अधिकारियों, निदेशकों, कर्मचारियों, और एजेंटों को किसी भी दावे, देयता, क्षति, हानि, और खर्चों से, जिसमें उचित कानूनी शुल्क शामिल हैं, जो आपकी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म तक पहुँच या उपयोग, इन शर्तों के आपके उल्लंघन, या किसी तृतीय-पक्ष अधिकारों के आपके उल्लंघन से किसी भी तरह जुड़े हों, क्षतिपूर्ति देने, बचाव करने, और सुरक्षित रखने के लिए सहमत हैं।

## 13. समाप्ति (Termination)

## 14. अप्रत्याशित घटना (Force Majeure)
InternTrue अपने उचित नियंत्रण से परे कारणों से उत्पन्न होने वाले प्रदर्शन में किसी भी विफलता या देरी के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा, जिसमें प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ, युद्ध, आतंकवाद, इंटरनेट या सर्वर विफलताएँ, या सरकारी कार्रवाई शामिल हैं लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं।

## 15. शासी कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्यायित होंगी। इन शर्तों या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के आपके उपयोग से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी विवाद उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत में स्थित न्यायालयों के विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगे।

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to InternTrue ("we", "our", "us", or "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using our website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). ## 2. Eligibility

* Purchasing a "Premium Track" or any other course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
* You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of our premium content.
* Any project submissions, code, comments, or other content you upload or submit to the Platform ("User Content") remains your property; however, by submitting User Content, you grant InternTrue a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform (e.g., displaying sample projects, testimonials).

* All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
* We reserve the right to modify prices, introduce limited-time offers, or end flash sales at our sole discretion without prior notice.
* Any promotional discounts (e.g., "Flash Sale" or "Bumper Discount") are valid only for the stipulated time and cannot be claimed retroactively.
* Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your payment credentials.
* You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

## 7. "Guaranteed Internships" — Clarification

Violation of this Section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any fees paid, and/or legal action, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternTrue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Platform. In no event shall InternTrue's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount you paid to InternTrue in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
